Big long run to finish the week. The Red Mountain 50k is in a couple weeks so I decided to go hit the trails to prep a little bit. Ran from the house over to meet Steve across from Jacob Hamblin. We then did the Rim Rock and Rim Runner loop. Fun section of the race. Got back to the cars and planned on hitting the same loop but doing it quicker the second time. Mission accomplished. Legs felt good today. Had to extend a little at the end to get 23 for the day but super happy with how it went today. Nothing crazy but just over 3 hours for the run.

Happy to hit 80 for the week.
