| | Not feeling great today but ended up doing 13 total. 3 miles this afternoon with some of the girls while they did the Kosmin test and then unexpectedly had Hayden and Steve invite me on their 10 mile run towards Sunriver. Felt a little better after running with them.

| | Body felt flat again today so I just did 3 miles in the afternoon while the TEAM did the Kosmin test. Couldn't believe how cold it was in the afternoon.

| | 20.6 total miles early this morning. Ran Suicidal Tendencies back to back with Steve. Pushed the climbing parts and then enjoyed the downhill section. Pushed the last 2-3 miles in. Felt pretty good all things considered. Wished I could have ran with the TEAM today but I helped Katey with her recovery from surgery. Heard they had an awesome, memorable run.
Solid week. Could have been a little better though. Positive with how things are going right now in life.

| | Met up with Steve this morning and did two loops around Little Black Mtn. Very memorable. First loop was a little slick and icy and then the second loop was muddy. We were moving at a pretty good clip until the mud. Carried all that until the finish. 6:54/mile. 20.6 miles total.

| | 18 miles this morning. Ran from the house and did the Sunriver loop and then the old club run backward. The last 5 miles had a fair amount of headwind. Other than that it was perfect weather.
Sunriver is amazing if you haven't been out there. You see lots of fun stuff! I had a Dumb and Dumber moment. I was cruising along and then all of a sudden a guy driving a golf cart came around the corner and almost hit me. I felt like Harry when he was talking with Lloyd, "I got robbed by a little old lady on a motorized cart." Today I almost got hit by an old guy on a motorized cart!" Right after I saw a lady pushing her dog in a stroller. Even our dogs are a little lazy now. Hope it didn't go home and play video games.
6:51/mile. Great end to the week.
