My quads were quite sore this morning so I decided to sleep in.  I figure I am going to keep everything nice and relaxed until the first of November anyway so no big deal.  I ran 7 miles out towards the Arizona Strip this afternoon after practice.  The girls are excited to be running up at state.

This might sound wierd - but it makes me feel better that your sore as well.

My legs are so jacked.

I'm not suggesting it - but if we did that run evey week for 2 months we'd all be stronger runners.
