6 miles in the morning.

8 miles in the evening.

I gave the XC team an easy day so I went out and explored some new trails for some of our runs.  There are a ton of great running trails around the new school.  I hope the kids like some of them.

I got home from a long day of work and went out for a nice and easy 8 miler.  The weather was nice and I was very happy that it wasn't hot.

Logan... Ogden is missing its resident pro. When's the next great race?

Nick,

As for right now the next big race is the Twin Cities Marathon in Minnesota which is the first weekend in October.
