5 miles in the morning.

8 miles in the afternoon.

I slept in a touch and ran 5 easy miles up towards Snow Canyon State Park.  I was thrilled to sleep in.

I ran a good run this afternoon with the cross country team.  We did 5.5 miles w/ 8x20sec. fartleks thrown in there.  I am slowly increasing the amount of speed workouts with the team.  I don't want to overdo it though and get them burned out.  I tacked on a couple more miles by myself aftewards.

I know you guys have a race in Cedar on Saturday so I'm just going to join Steve and Mike and those guys and do my run on the course... Sorry to bail on you but I'm guessing they won't want to go at 3:30. What time dose the race start up there. Mik'L kind of want's to come up- I told her we could if we had a realistic chance of seeing anything. I guess it just depends on the start time.

Clyde,

Varsity girls starts at 10:15 and the

Varsity boys race is at 11:00. I don't know why you wouldn't want to join us at 3:30 in the morning!

Logan, I think I am just going to go on my own Friday night this week. I figured you guys would be planning something with some harder tempo (to kind of fill in for the race) so I have just been gearing up to hit my schedule this way all week.
