15.40 miles in the morning.

3.6 miles in the evening.

I ran with Hayden this morning in sunny St. George.  We started out at my house and then went out towards the softball diamonds and then into Ivins.  We looped back around for just over 13.5 miles.  We got a couple good hills and the pace was good for a Monday morning.  We talked about the upcoming outdoor track season and other various running topics.  Hayden is in great shape.  He will do well this outdoor season.  I let him determine the pace.  We hit 6:09/mile overall.  It is nice to see high school runners that are willing to put in the work to be better.  I then did a little bit of a cooldown to hit 15.4 miles for the morning.  Now it is off to hike Angels Landing in Zion with the family.  It should be fun.

Angels Landing was fun except we didn't go all the way out due to snow on the back side of rock.  Walter's Wiggles was nothing but ice.  It was crazy!  I got a little sun burned.  It felt nice.  I got home and was not feeling good at all.  I got in the tub and sat in a warm bath for about 15 minutes.  I took some medicine and felt a little better.  I then went out for another 3.6 miles.  I made sure they were easy this evening.

Have fun hiking Angel's landing. I am jealous! How long will you be in St. George? Stacy and I are coming down on Thursday.

Logan, sorry I missed your message. It's probably better though as you and Hayden would have beat me up with that pace today. Good luck on your interview, it's going to be awesome!

Me too. I just saw it. Good job on your morning run.

Yeah, good luck with your interview. Though I secretly hope you don't get the job and end up finding one in Logan instead, joining the dwindling Logan training group (Paul, Cody, me). Is this a mean thing to say? ;)

You missed some nice snow this weekend! Hope the interview went well though.
