13.15 miles in the morning.

7.05 miles in the evening.

I got up a little earlier than usual and ran a half marathon on the old treadmill.  I averaged 6:00/mile pace overall.  I am heading up to Pocatello for the Simplot Games so I hope I can squeeze some runs in while I am up there.  It should be pretty fun.  Their will be some great athletes up there.

I drove up some kids to Pocatello for Simplot.  It was a pretty quick drive.  The track is sweet.  It has banked corners which makes running on it quite interesting.  I was going to do the coaches mile but was not able to get in.  Bummer!  We were there most of the afternoon but I had some time this evening to run just over 7 miles on the treadmill.  The weather is a little extra chilly with all of the wind.  I might go outside in the morning.  We shall see.

man that is a strong mind. I could never do a half marathon on the treadmill. I guess its way cold in Ogden though. Great job in your training. Hey when are you coming down I want to run with you or try too.

Logan... what do you mean you couldn't get in the race. Were they afraid? Over 20 miles on the Tm ... you are a brave man!

Great job Logan. Nice workout. I agree it must be real cold up there in the frozen tundra.

Why could you not get in the coaches mile? Did you register too late? Or are there actually that many coaches faster than you (that would be hard to believe...)?

From Logan on Fri, Feb 15, 2008 at 21:54:39

I didn't get into the coaches mile due to giving my spot to another kid on the team that came in late. This track is pretty intense with the banks and wooden floor so I am not terribly upset!
