10 great miles this morning on my usual pre State meet run. Ran up 400 South and then along 900 East. Cooler temps made for a perfect morning. Should be a fun day today. Good luck to everyone racing today.

9.3 miles this morning out on the Zen Trail with Steve, Hayden, and Clinton. Had to cut it short to get some things done at work. Absolutely perfect morning. Good to see Scott Hughes for a bit. Solid guy.

3 miles up at Liberty Park to shake out the legs. Everything is going as planned right now. Fun evening with the Varsity kiddos.
